Message from Dean and the Naresuan University Graduate School Team From audible voice to collective action for better graduate school Throughout the Graduate School Road Show, the Dean and the Graduate School team had the opportunity to meet, talk, and hear from administrators, faculty, curriculum presidents, and staff, faculty and college practitioners. What we got back was not just a list of problems or suggestions, but a “real worker voice” that made it clear to us that each day, students and teachersAnd what do people face and where should graduate schools help? Through this hearing, we found issues covering curriculum admissions and public relations, flexible curriculum design, individual progress tracking, Milestone and risk alert systems, eye-grad development, NU-Thesis and Reg, database linking, reducing unnecessary documentation and procedures, as well as developing a faster and easier online process for users. The other thing that we've been really listening to isThe reason for the late graduation was not due to students unilaterally, but there were regular workloads, family and financial problems, English, research and laboratories, ethical processes, the publication of works, as well as various interconnected procedures throughout the system. These led our team to agree that we had to change from waiting for students to have problems and then go in to solve them to see the risks faster, follow them individually, and help when he could get back on the path to graduation at the same time.We also received proposals on the development of mentors, scholarships and co-funding scholarships, published and presented Software for research, the development of skills in Methodology, Qualitative Research, Meta-analysis and the ethical use of AI, as well as creating a space for students and international professors to meet and develop joint research. For international students, we have received a clear echo that care must be linked from before admission, application and admission, payment of Visa fees, English language documents and information.Living in a university, conducting research until graduation is an important challenge to develop into a clear and practical International Graduate Roadmap and One-Stop Service. We also listen to quality of life, mental health, student clubs, networking, and learning exchange spaces because we believe that successfully caring for students means not only taking care of their grades, but taking care of the whole person throughout their educational journey. The thing that the dean and the graduate school team want to communicate with you as clearly as possible is the Road.This show will not end with a one-book report. Every voice we receive will be grouped, analyzed, and converted into concrete operations. Any matter will be solved immediately. Which matter will we start doing immediately? Which matter will be a redundant step? Which matter will we help to reduce? Need to connect multiple agencies? Which matter will the graduate school coordinate? Involve regulations or systems that go beyond one entity to solve. We will bring up discussions to find a solution together. And which matter will affect the student's graduation? We will make it a priority.It is based on the principle that academics, faculties, and curriculum still own the support, coordination, and help to unlock the graduate school ready to work alongside everyone. The Dean and the Graduate School team would like to thank the administrators, faculty, program chairmen, and especially all of the staff who provided honest information. Many of them were the closest to the students, took the most questions, coordinated the most, and many of them had to help solve problems that they did not impose.We recognize and understand those tirednesses and want you to be sure that we don't want everyone to work more, but to help make the system better, so that everyone can work easier, more clearly, and enjoy their work more. Ultimately, we believe that a strong graduate school cannot be created by a single graduate school, but by the entire university who has been taking care of one student since the day he decided to come to class, the day he encountered obstacles along the way, the day the research did not go as well as he hoped.Until the day he put on his clothes and walked out to create value for the society at every step. There are always university people behind him. The dean and the graduate school team would like to give time, intention, strength, and heart to this work. We will listen more, be more proactive, and walk with every faculty, every course, and every department. So that every voice from the Road Show gradually changes into something that everyone can see and feel.
