🧠 Enhance the development of the entire school system to holistically promote the brain skills of students. Improving students' brain skills does not just arise from classroom activities, but involves both school management, teacher development, learning environments, teacher-learner relationships, as well as family and community partnerships, student-specific or instructional development, so it may not be enough to create continuous and lasting change. So this research is going to develop"Systemic school development model based on the psychoeducational paradigm to promote students' brain skills" using action research is an important process to develop, experiment, use, reflect, and improve the model to fit the context of the school. The developed model consists of four key components: building a positive ecosystem, organizing psychoeducational activities, developing teachers and professional learning communities (PLCs), and building collaborative networks to keep all parts of the school moving in the same direction.The key goals are to develop learners in terms of learning, mindfulness, focus, planning, self-management and inclusion with others. Research highlights ✔ Develop a model that connects administrators, teachers, students, families, and communities at the school system level. ✔ Using an action research process, it is possible to experiment, reflect, and improve models based on real-world scenarios. ✔ Bringing the mind to study as an important mechanism to create a safe, warm, and conducive learning environment for the development of students' brain skills. ✔Promote teacher development through PLCs and the coaching process to ensure continuous learning exchange and development of learning management. ✔ Implement digital information systems to support the systematic monitoring, reflection and development of operations. The ✔ results of the trial in Cycle 1 achieved an average success metric of 90.97%, 80% above the threshold, and the findings were used to improve the pattern in Cycle 2. ✔ The results reflect changes at the school, teacher, student, organizational culture, and home-school-community partnerships. From development“Specific activities in the classroom” to the development of the “whole school system” to create an environment where everyone participates in promoting brain skills and supporting students to learn and grow to their full potential.
