Graduate School of Strategic Structuring, 8 main tasks in line with Naresuan University's direction

The Naresuan University Graduate School conducted a strategic structuring based on the analysis of the university direction and issues from “The President Meets the Community No. 2/2569”. The mission was synthesized into 8 main tasks that are systematically connected, ranging from student admissions, international base expansion, curriculum development and cooperation, grant administration, graduation acceleration, raising the quality of publications, furthering research into utilization, and developing Graduate Data Intelligence.To support early management decision making, four urgent tasks are defined: Recruitment & International, Graduation Acceleration & Early Warning, Scholarship Impact Tracking, and Research-to-Publication-to-Impact to create an ongoing administrative path from Admission to Impact. The Graduate School will serve as a Central Enabling Mechanism that effectively connects and supports all faculties and programs.
