NU Graduate School, CP All PLC to launch graduate programs on business starting AY 2019

         

       Naresuan University Graduate School in cooperation with the CP All Public Company Limited is set to launch, starting in the academic year 2019, graduate programs in the field of entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation management to help develop business organizations become sustainable, productive, globally competitive and be digital society ready.

Prof. Dr. Paisarn Muneesawang, Dean of Naresuan University Graduate School said that when the world becomes a digital society, it is evident and certain that
innovation is the key in increasing competitiveness, productivity, stability, and sustainability of business organizations since innovation will help them to adjust and adapt to lessen the adverse effects brought by the changes in technology, stiff competition, and customer needs. He also emphasized to make use of innovation in encouraging environmental awareness and promoting corporate social responsibility to help provide people a better world and enjoy a better quality of life.

For business organizations and entrepreneurs who intend to use innovation and technology to further develop their businesses to keep up with the fast-changing business environment, NU Graduate School with the support of CP All Company Limited, and together with the faculty of Business, Economics and Communication; Faculty of Engineering; and the Faculty of Science will offer Master of Science programs in the field of entrepreneurship, technology and innovation management.

The programs, which will formally start on the first semester of the academic year 2019, are aimed to help the government achieve its goals in supporting the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to become digital society ready through the concept of Startup and innovative driven enterprises.

The graduate programs developed by NU Graduate School is seen to prepare the Thai society for the digital age and an economic opportunity to help drive Thailand to overcome economic challenges brought by past economic developments and reach its targets in becoming Thailand 4.0.

The designed curriculums incorporate and encourage interdisciplinary research to have a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends in business and be able to quickly adapt to the fast-changing business environment.

Business organizations and entrepreneurs will learn the importance of creativity in business and make use of innovative technologies to strengthen their competitiveness in the ASEAN Economic Community and in the global business community.

In addition, the courses’ teaching and learning are focused on real-life experiences and practices in different workplaces; and uses strategic-thinking design and adaptive conceptual framework. The CP All Company Limited will help provide the venues for students to acquire real-time acquisition of knowledge.

Interested students must be at least a bachelor’s degree holder or have equivalent qualifications and interested in learning innovative technology, entrepreneurship, and management. Schedule of classes are done on Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate working individuals and business people who work during weekdays.
